My name is Samantha. With a BSc (Hons) in Professional Practice in Complementary Health Therapies and over 10 years of hands-on experience, my work is rooted in the belief that when the body is supported, the mind and emotions naturally follow. Five of those years were dedicated to a local hospice, where I supported patients and their loved ones through life-limiting illnesses.
Today, I practice from my garden therapy room – a tranquil, nurturing space designed for rest and deep relaxation. Through therapies such as reflexology, massage, and reiki, I hold space for you to slow down, reconnect, and feel truly cared for.
Every treatment is tailored to you, focusing on supporting your nervous system and encouraging the body’s natural healing response. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply in need of time for yourself, my aim is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

Foot Reflexology
Based on the principle that specific points on the feet reflect your body’s systems. By applying gentle, targeted pressure, I help your body restore its natural healthy balance and encourage its own healing response.
Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift
Using the Bergman Method, this deeply relaxing and restorative treatment works on reflex points and zones of the face, helping to calm the nervous system and encourage balance within the body. It is particularly effective in easing tension held in the face, jaw, neck, and shoulders.
